Your energy is your true fortune
Spiritual alchemy is unique to each person. And, because it’s the foundation for anything you set out to do, it requires energy.
Your personal energy is stored in your chakras on all planes. It’s evident in all elements: spiritual, mental, emotional and physical. You definitely miss having your energy if it’s drained or depleted.
So what do you do to restore it?
What you need to replenish your power
First, understand the major role your chakras and endocrine system play. They help regulate your personal power. Then, take simple measures. Make some changes in your personal habits. And restore or recharge your personal power.
These would include but are certainly not limited to the more well-known techniques for chakra clearing and balancing through energy healing, meditation, yoga, or T’ai Chi Ch’uan.
Much teaching on spiritual and energy balancing is recycled. So far from the source that it neglects to integrate with other simple but important aspects of empowerment. Similarly, most works on alchemy, law of attraction, or metaphysical manifestation techniques don’t emphasize the need for personal energy.
They are missing the point, because without enough personal power you can’t even begin to create. No matter how much you ‘believe’ or how hard you ‘visualize’, you need pure energy.
Favorite spiritual alchemy: esoteric youth secrets revealed.
In my last article I mentioned a method I use, because it helps replenish my energy. If you’d also like a simple program to make the most of your precious endocrine-chakra system, I recommend regular practice of Tibetan yogic exercises.
My personal favorite resource had unfortunately been an out of print text from the 1940’s, which started the first revival of this ancient practice. Then, in the 1980’s another author with a big publishing house created his own, popular but abridged version. The author claimed association with the originator, yet he changed a lot of the original version.
Thankfully, I found a source for you to have the original text on these exercises. You too can practice them within the short time recommended by the author. For me, that change in my personal routine alone restored my energy. My routine continues to help me maintain energy reserves. Important for empowerment in all planes, and enjoying life more fully.
The good news: you, too, can have the simple, original version, which has been faithfully preserved (my link).
Admittedly, you can readily find the commercial ‘copycat’ text, but I prefer and recommend the pure, unabridged version. The book is a faithful, true reproduction of the Tibetan rites. The author has added interesting, historical notes. I have the hardback version, because I wish to preserve this tradition. Along with other hard to find original and reproduced esoteric texts on spiritual alchemy.
You’ll perhaps like this version, too, because it includes simple to follow, clear diagrams. To help you learn the postures. also appreciate the complete and accurate history. Of how the discovery was made. In the unchanged words of the original author of the 1940’s version, before the commercial imitators came along.
The book is interesting. You can read and try the exercise yourself. The original and later versions claim these exercises make someone look younger. That would be only a plus, in my view, because the true value is how it makes me feel.
Bottom line? I would recommend this book. Even if I was not an affiliate (and I am). It is the true version of the original, out of print manual. Click here to see this now (my link):
