WISDOM MEDITATION: THE ONE-MINUTE INTENTION TO BEGIN YOUR DAY IN PURE AWARENESS
Wisdom is a consciousness you can contact
You can intend to connect with your inner wisdom through a one-minute meditation. Instead of jumping out of bed, racing to get ready, see what happens when you take 60 seconds to intentionally connect.
Wisdom is already one with your pure consciousness. So don’t be surprised when wisdom responds, and guides your day.
You might even ask yourself, at intervals during the day, if what you’re doing and if your decisions are wise, and from the higher planes.
This communion doesn’t end there. Along with trusting that it does come to you, trust yourself, too. Enough to take its advice.
Act on the wise advice that comes in a way that reflects your compassionate understanding
Trust that whatever you do respects the highest good of all concerned. ‘All’ includes not just all others. It includes you, too.
I share this because, if you already do this, or you begin to do any kind of intentional minute-meditation like this, it transforms you. It helps create not only a lovely day, but a new way of being. Every day.
The effects are not just cumulative, but multiplying. It spreads on out around you. In it’s purest form, wisdom is meant to be not only pervasive. It’s part of our oneness.
