What Makes Life Beautiful
I Am Thankful. Not just because it’s Thanksgiving. We don’t need a national holiday to express something so natural. But we do need other people in our lives, and the Thanksgiving Season provides us with the opportunity to gather in celebration of just what makes life beautiful. What can make life even more beautiful is making being thankful a daily practice.
Please join me and meet others at my blog for a moment this week to share what we are thankful for this Thanksgiving Season (yes, even my non-US friends and blog subscribers). ![]()
Post as many times as you like, even if you think of something new to add! Reflect on the special things or experiences (no matter how small or large) that have expanded your outlook, and the exceptional people who have touched your life.
Here are a few things on my mind this Thanksgiving Season:
I’m thankful for the positive energy, enthusiasm and encouragement of my friends, each one of you here and everyone offline.
I feel rich with so much support from my family and loved ones. I thrive on the bond of love and friendship that I have with each one. In particular, Mom, I am thankful for your love. You are an inspiration and a joy, a fabulous storyteller and my best friend.
I am thankful that I have learned the secret of giving unconditional regard to others, to myself and–just as important–accepting this gift from others. Living this way has so changed my being and world that I have made it my life’s mission. I appreciate being able to promote it as one of the primary channels for creating true wellbeing.
I give thanks for the technological genius of the internet and the random and happenstance way that it connects people–now with FaceBook and other social groups, I am thankful that we are even closer than “six degrees”.
I especially appreciate each one of the lovely people I meet daily: in my personal life, through my energy healing work, and in writing for this blog; you are truly a large part of the special joys of my life.
What are you thankful for?

It has been a good year. I have felt a sense of Divine Direction all along the way. Plenty of work has opened up for me and I have found a loving partner in Donna M. In July we moved out of the expensive house into one that meets our needs and is quite affordable. We are looking forward to Thanksgiving with all of D’s family here. New friends have come into our life. I ask that similar blessings be upon all people with their hearts inclined toward the light. Let us move forward with hope and a solid dedication to the will of God.
Abundance and blessings to all,
RB
