Among other benefits, breathing with compassion can help you discover what might still need weeding or pruning whenever you are building new habits. It can then help naturally clear you, and then assist you with the planting of your own seeds, and adding your nutrients and water of sincere but lavish appreciation.

I appreciate you. I appreciate the many people and experiences I meet and share. I appreciate the things that facilitate these blessings, and there are too many to list here. And many are too personal to share publicly. But I am always open to miracles, and want to share openly here a miracle that occurred in an important though mundane part of my life.
