Since the theme at Who Heals for the New Year is ‘appreciation’, I can’t resist posting this YouTube video. It’s created by Harold W. Becker of The Love Foundation. I like what he says. My favorite quote is “Life is simple when we come from our heart with boundless appreciation for Life itself.”
Breathing and checking in with compassion for your feelings can be valuable for strengthening a habit of appreciation. Among other benefits, breathing with compassion can help you discover what might still need weeding or pruning whenever you are building new habits. It can then help naturally clear you, and then assist you with the planting of your own seeds, and adding your nutrients and water of sincere but lavish appreciation.
